Care Supported Partners Limited, is care and supported housing for adults 18-64 years of age with mental health problems, mild learning difficulties, and Substance misuse.

We are committed to providing our residents with the appropriate care to suit their needs within a secure and friendly environment. Through our aftercare programs, we offer and specialize in intensive rehabilitation; recovery and we guide our residents along the care pathway to lower or independent living.

We have single, double and ensuite rooms in our supported homes. There is a shared kitchen and lounge, as well as a large garden. Most of our homes are located in Croydon, Streatham, and Catford which are accessible to several bus routes and train/tube stations. There are local shops and a post office minutes from most of the homes.

Our staff provides our clients with high-quality support and access to support services that places them at the center of any planning and decision making, enabling them to have control over their lives.

Staff at Care Support Partners Limited will be trained to have the skillset and know-how of working in specific areas such as working in forensic environments as well as rehabilitation in order to give clients their experience at LSL as smooth as possible.
